2010 Health Career Day

The Pierce County Health Careers Council is hosting up to 900 students from all areas of Pierce County at the 4rd Annual Pierce County Health Career Day.

The four annual Pierce County Health Career Day will be held in Tacoma, Washington. This exciting partnership will provide a rich experience for all participants. Career seminar sessions will be available to participants. Health professionals from a vast range of health care fields will impart their expertise and present their first-hand experience.

Educational requirements, job options, and the realities and demands of a career in healthcare will be discussed. Students will also visit the exhibit hall as one of their career session choices. This is their opportunity to speak with and gather information from educational institutions and area employers. Major health education providers in Washington will attend, including community and technical colleges, and universities.
